Falafel-Stuffed Eggplant / Recipe
I snacked so much earlier today because I was catching up on all of my shows and I felt so gross and bloated but then I went to the gym and did an hour of cardio and half an hour of strength training and then made apple chips! I love ending the day on a good note :)
I finally got a gym membership again! I got it 3 days ago and have gone for those 3 days straight which is an accomplishment for me. Now that I drive, it’s so much easier to get to the gym and I’m really excited to see how often I will be able to go every week. I’ve also started to eat healthy again after going to costco and buying basically every type of fruit and vegetable there and I feel less gross already lol. I’ve gained 15 pounds since my lowest weight from a year and a half ago and I’m so determined to be in even better shape this time. There are still 2 and a half months until summer! :)
